The Philadelphia Chamber Music Society is the nation's largest presenter of chamber and recital music, producing over 60 unique concerts each season. Over the last 5 years, PCMS audience members have moved online for ticket purchases at a growth rate of 100% per year. In response to this trend, the Society knew that it had to excel online in order to retain its historically close-knit relationships with patrons and dedication to outstanding customer service.
Whiteboard Media provided a comprehensive solution that included a complete non-profit online engagement strategy, website design, eCommerce and content management system (CMS) integration, SEO implementation, blog setup/training, email marketing, and dedicated hosting setup.
Since project launch, PCMS has documented an increase in online orders, higher conversion of new ticket buyers from organic and AdWords searches, and quickly implemented new campaigns using the detailed analytics provided as part of the project.
