Jacob Smith, co-owner, senior consultant
Jacob is a co-owner and senior consultant at Whiteboard Media. He comes from a diverse background that uniquely combines the creative and business worlds. Jacob holds degrees in Music, English Literature, and Business Management from Carnegie Mellon University, and has worked as a professional bassoonist, served as a start-up consultant for many successful ventures (including DelphianSG, Broadway Telephone and Telegraph and MerchantPlus), and built Whiteboard Media from the ground up. Jacob has a winning personality and loves interacting with people. He brings a high level of commitment to all Whiteboard Media clients and has a passion for helping businesses and non-profits succeed.
Meg Smith, co-owner, creative director
Meg is a co-owner, and creative director at Whiteboard Media. Meg loves non-profits and the web, and likes to bring them together to live in peace and harmony. She spends her days working to serve the online missions of our clients. Her specialties are website design, analysis and direction, online strategy, SEO/SEM reporting and strategy, and ongoing web support.
Her diverse background includes years of experience in web design, print design, and marketing. Meg has also performed as a professional oboist in orchestras around the world and is a proud mama of two young boys. When not online, you'll likely find her doing laundry, working out, cooking yummy fresh (local!) foods, or spending good time with her family. Meg has also recently received training as a doula and enjoys supporting new families as a postpartum doula in her "spare" time.
Felix Widjaja, senior web designer
Felix is a senior web designer at Whiteboard Media. In his early career, he worked as a cellular telecommunications programmer and system analyst. However, his childhood passion for the internet eventually lead him to specialize in website design, programming and its related technology. He has collaborated on a wide variety of projects with Whiteboard Media since 2007 and brings a high level of dedication and creativity to every assignment.
Since 2005, Felix has worked with his wife, Lany, at their small web design agency: Stucel.
Sandy Bennett, office manager
Sandy is the office manager at Whiteboard Media. She is in charge of managing Ubersmith, our online billing system, and is committed to keeping our invoicing organized. Sandy is your friendly point of contact for any money related questions. She is also in charge of our Project Management System and does her best to keep the team on schedule and on budget.
In addition, Sandy is a spreadsheet wizard and a lover of fitness and nutrition.
Lany Listijo, resource manager
Lany is the resource manager at Whiteboard Media. She is always on the lookout for new talent and is a pro at finding the very best people for both staff and temporary positions. Lany also encourages happiness and positivity and is skilled at maintaining relationships.
When she's not managing resources, Lany enjoys blogging, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Meg Fentzloff, designer
Meg is a frequent team member at Whiteboard Media and an active freelancer based in Omaha, NE. She possesses a broad spectrum of creative and technical skills and strives to create compelling and informative experiences for the various clients of Whiteboard Media. Meg has years of experience working with non-profit companies in and around the Philadelphia area and enjoys helping clients put their best foot forward.
Graduating with a B.S. in Graphic Design from Drexel University, Meg delivers concept-driven design ideas and consistent brand development solutions in both print and web mediums.
